Creating and Managing Events

Learn how to plan your first event and manage all the details.

Events are the heart of SYRAKUS. This is where all information comes together: locations, crew, performers, and schedules.

Creating Your First Event

  1. Access Events: Navigate to “Events” within your organization.
  2. Add Event: Click on “Create Event”.
  3. Set Basics: Give the event a name, a subtitle, and a description. Choose an appealing cover image.
  4. Define Schedule: Set the key times:
    • Internal Start/End: When do preparations begin, and when is everything wrapped up?
    • Doors Open: When do guests have access?
    • Event Start/End: The official period of the event.
  5. Book Location: Assign a previously created venue and the corresponding zones to the event.

Status and Visibility

You can control who can see your event:

  • Draft: Visible only for internal planning.
  • Published: Visible according to the selected visibility settings (public, internal, or private via link).

Once your event is created, you can begin detailed crew planning and performer management.
