Jobs are the smallest units of your personnel structure. They define roles, responsibilities, and requirements for your crew.

Creating Jobs

  1. Access Jobs: Navigate to “Jobs” within your organization.
  2. Create New Job: Click on “Add Job”.
  3. Set Details: Enter a title (e.g., “Bartender”, “Security”, “Technician”) and a description of the tasks.
  4. Define Requirements: You can specify skills or certificates required for this job.
  5. Assign Rates and Perks: Link the job to the corresponding Rates and Perks.

A clear definition of jobs allows you to plan assignments precisely and find the right crew for your events later on.
