Welcome to SYRAKUS! To make your start as easy as possible, we have put together a recommended sequence for setting up your organisation step by step.

Once you have access to your organisation in the admin environment, we recommend the following sequence:

  1. Setting Up Your Organisation: Complete your profile and contact information.
  2. Defining Teams: Create the structure of your organisation.
  3. Inviting Members: Get your core team on board.
  4. Setting Up Your Crew: Define jobs, rates, and perks for operational planning.
  5. Setting up Venues and Zones: Create your venue including zones.
  6. Creating Events: Plan your first events.

Follow this path to ensure that all dependencies (such as locations for events or jobs for the crew) are correctly established.
