Communication is key to success. With the news function, you can distribute information in a targeted manner – either internally to your team or publicly for your guests.
Creating News
- Open News Section: Navigate to “News” in your organisation.
- Write Post: Click on “Create News” and enter a title and the content of your post.
- Add Images: You can upload images to make your news more appealing.
- Set Visibility: Choose whether the news should be visible only internally (for your crew) or publicly (for everyone).
Publication
Once you publish your news, it will be displayed in the corresponding portal (Volunteer Portal or public website) and inform the target group about important updates.
