SYRAKUS allows you to manage all external relationships in one place. Whether sponsors, suppliers, or partner organisations – the integrated address book keeps all important information ready.

Managing Contacts

  1. Access Address Book: Go to the “Partners” or “Contacts” section in your organisation.
  2. Add New Contacts: Record people or organisations with name, email, phone number, and role.
  3. Define Relationships: Mark contacts as partners, sponsors, or service providers to make them easier to filter and assign later.

Integration into Events

Saved partners and contacts can be directly linked to events to make responsibilities and contact persons transparent for everyone involved.
