To ensure smooth collaboration, the organisation includes the following areas:

  1. Organisation Settings & Profile: Manage your organisation’s legal name, logo, address, and timezone.
  2. Defining Teams: Group your members into functional units.
  3. Members & Invite Codes: Manage user access and create secure invite codes for new staff.
  4. Partners & Contacts: Maintain relationships with external organisations, sponsors, and service providers in a central address book.
  5. News: Create internal announcements or public news to keep everyone informed.
